I was relocating to the NE area for the first time and had Nancy representing me as the buyer. She was extremely knowledgeable of the areas we looked at and listened to what I was looking for, and what my style was. There was not a lot of inventory at the time, but she was able to show me quite a few houses from the research she did. I actually found two homes as final choices I wanted to purchase of the many we viewed in just two Saturdays. Nancy was great in the negotiation, pointed out all the things I needed to know/consider, and had a great inspector. Nancy is an awesome realtor, we moved from Kansas City so we really had no idea where we wanted to live around Boston. She spent many hours searching for the perfect house for us sending us links to preview and also driving us around.
